Our future is secure in Christ

Dear Friends,

Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. Do everything in love. 1 Corinthians 16: 13 -14. Word: Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28: 18 – 20.

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11(NIV)

Thought: Let us renew our vision and confidence in Christ. Be courageous. Our future is secure in Christ Jesus because he knows all about it.

Life in Christ Jesus

Word:  (Jesus) I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. John 10:10b
For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God. The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by him we cry, “Abba, Father.” The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory. Romans 8: 14-17

Nothing will get out of control when Jesus is your Lord.

Humility is perfect quietness of Heart. It is to have no trouble. Christ’s presence does not keep he storms away but He is with us in the Storms.

Word:
 The LORD was going before them in a pillar of cloud by day to lead them on the way, and in a pillar of fire by night to give them light, that they might travel by day and by night.  He did not take away the pillar of cloud by day, nor the pillar of fire by night, from before the people. Exodus 13: 21-22
Thought: Let us renew our vision and confidence in Christ.
Look to God’s word for reassurance of His presence. Study, meditate and memorize God’s word day and night to know He is with us, leading us on our Journey.

Characteristics of Christ

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. Eph 1:3
Word:
 As you come to him, the living Stone—rejected by humans but chosen by God and precious to him—  you also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. For in Scripture it says: “See, I lay a stone in Zion, a chosen and precious cornerstone, and the one who trusts in him will never be put to shame. II Peter 2: 4-6.
Thought: Let us renew our vision and confidence in Christ.
The Characteristics of Christ- the Corner stone, are completely trustworthy and precious to those who believe in Him.

Aroma of Christ

But thanks be to God, who always leads us as captives in Christ’s triumphal procession and uses us to spread the aroma of the knowledge of him everywhere. For we are to God the pleasing aroma of Christ among those who are being saved and those who are perishing. II Cor 2: 14 -15

If you have the aroma of Christ in your heart, you can’t hide the fragrance.
