Year of LORD’S Favor

Dear all,

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of Holy Spirit. Romans 15: 13

Word:

Do you not know?    Have you not heard?  The LORD is the everlasting God,   the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary,   and His understanding no one can fathom.
He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall, but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40: 28-31.

One night the Lord spoke to Paul in a vision: “Do not be afraid; keep on speaking, do not be silent. For I am with you, and no one is going to attack and harm you, because I have many people in this city.”

Acts 18: 9-10

I can do all this through Christ who gives me strength. Phil 4:13

 Thought:

God’s power and His strength never diminish and it is limitless like His everlasting love. His strength is our source. He cares for each and every one of us personally.

Wish you all a Happy New year and may the LORD turn around this new year as a year of LORD’S favor.

Stand Firm in Christ

Your strength will equal your days. Deuteronomy 33: 25

Year of the LORD’S Favor

Dear all,

May God bless you and keep you in His presence and His peace during this Christmas season and years to come.

Word:

“For unto us a child is born, unto us, a Son is given”. (Isaiah 9)

Thought:

God sent us the light of the world- Jesus Christ- to show His light to those who are in darkness.

God sent us the Savior to seek and save those who are lost.

Wish you all a Merry Christmas and a blessed new-year 2019.

Be strong and glad!

Weapons of Spiritual Warfare are not Worldly

Dear all,

Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Word and Thought:

For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. (2 Corinthians10:3, 4)

The weapons of spiritual warfare are not worldly. They are powerful through God to demolish the devil’s forts. We don’t wage war with human plans and methods. Remember, we should always sharpen our spiritual weapons in prayer and by waiting before God with perseverance (Ephesians 6:13 -18).

The Lord of the Armies is with us. We stand still and know that He is God! (Psalms 46:9-11). Stop and listen to Him before you proceed!

When God is supplying all your weapons for the spiritual battle, no challenge is too big to win. While you are walking through the rocky road – Remember Jesus also walked on the same road. So He is able to give strength to overcome the evil with good.

Whatever the resources we have let us use them for the development of Christ’s kingdom. Moses had a stick – God asked Moses what is in your hand and God used Moses mightily. David had a pebble – God has used that pebble. Gideon – God encouraged him by addressing him as a” mighty man”. Now whatever resources we have in our hands – let us use for Christ’s Kingdom.

Though the ills of earth may wound me,

And the storms of life confound me—

With His loving arms around me,

I’ll go with Him all the way!

(Fanny J. Crosby, 1823-1915)
