Great Banquet – God Extends His Grace and Mercy to everyone who Repents!

Dear all,

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15: 13

Word:  “‘Sir,’ the servant said, ‘what you ordered has been done, but there is still room.’ “Then the master told his servant, ‘Go out to the roads and country lanes and compel them to come in so that my house will be full.

Thought: The story of the great banquet illustrates one of the major themes in Luke’s Gospel. God extends His grace and mercy to everyone who repents. Confession and repentance mean a change in the deepest heart. With God’s help, we can accept Christ’s forgiveness and stop our wrongdoing. Jesus heals our inner wounds as well as outer wounds by his stripes.

“Jesus was wounded… Jesus was crushed… By His stripes, we are healed” (Isa 53:5)

Gospel Doctrine Leads to Gospel Culture – Living Like Jesus

Dear all,

Be strong in the Lord and His mighty power. Ephesians 6: 10

Word:

He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God. Micah 6: 8

Thought:

“Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.” Matthew 11:28-30; The Message (MSG)Have a Victorious walk in Christ

Past…Present…Future!

Dear all,

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15: 13

Word: Gift of Forgiveness in Christ Jesus – Romans 5: 5 – 20

But the gift is not like the transgression. For if by the transgression of the one the many died, much more did the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abound to the many.

Thought:

Through the cross of Christ Jesus, we have salvation and new life. Moreover, we also have an excellent opportunity to be born into His spiritual family. Certainly, this spiritual family line starts with His amazing forgiveness and results in everlasting life. Overall, In Christ Jesus, we have peace with the past, purpose in present, and hope for the future.

Most High does not live in houses made by human hands!

Dear all,

Greetings in the mighty name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Let us continue to walk humbly and live for Christ Jesus as witnesses.

“However, the Most High does not live in houses made by human hands. As the prophet says:“‘Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. What kind of house will you build for me? says the Lord. Or where will my resting place be?Has not my hand made all these things?’ ACTS 7: 48 – 50

What Happens When We don’t Practice the Discipline of Gratitude?

Dear all,

Greetings in the mighty name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Word: “Living with a Grateful Heart” – Are you grateful to the LORD?

Luke 17:11-19 – Jesus Heals Ten Men With Leprosy

Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations. Psalms 100: 4 and 5

Thought:

What happens when we don’t practice the discipline of gratitude?

We will be fueled and filled with ingratitude, refusing to acknowledge and respond to what Christ has done for us. This will produce in us a very unhealthy attitude and a life that is not Spirit-led. We will not realize what we have or could have, but rather focus on an “entitlement” mentality that says we deserve this or that, and where humbleness and servitude are absent. It will create in us a life of dissatisfaction and dysfunction.

Let us have a life that overflows with gratitude in Christ Jesus!

Spiritual Warfare!

Dear all,

Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. Do everything in love. 1 Corinthians 16: 13 -14.

Word and Thought:

The weapons of spiritual warfare are not worldly. They are powerful through God to demolish the devil’s forts. We do not wage war with human plans and methods. Remember, we should always sharpen our spiritual weapons in prayer and by waiting before God with perseverance (Eph 6:13 -18).

The Lord of the Armies is with us. We stand still and know that He is God! (Psalm 46:9-11).

For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. (2 Cor 10:3, 4)

When God is supplying all your weapons for the spiritual battle, no challenge is too big to win. While you are walking through the rocky road – Remember Jesus also walked on the same road. So, He can give strength to overcome evil with good.

The LORD Almighty is mustering an army for war. Isaiah 13: 4

The Sovereignty of God!

Dear all,

Be strong in the Lord and His mighty power. Ephesians 6: 10

Word: Be dressed for service and keep your lamps burning – Luke 12: 35

Be – Personal call for you – God saved our forefathers through thousands of years, even in the middle of famine, war and natural calamities and brought us into this World. God’s sovereign plan in Christ Jesus for you and me was well planned by God before the foundations of the earth (Ephesians 1).

Dressed: Zechariah 3: 1-10 and Ephesians 6 talk about the garment.  It is referred to as the Salvation in Christ Jesus and the full armor of God. With these we will be secured and saved by God from satanic attacks. Submit to God and resist the devil in Jesus’ name.

For service: What is the ultimate service for us on this Earth? The answer is simple – sharing the love of Christ Jesus to the people who are in need of salvation. Our life should have a solid foundation in the Word of God. We need to have one desire, one passion, one goal and that is, to proclaim Jesus’ name by our words and actions everywhere (Matthew 7: 24).

Keep your lamps burning: Plug your mind into the power of prayer and be filled with the Holy Spirit, which results in a continuous victorious walk in Christ in all the areas of your life. In which area do you need a continuous victory? Let us ask God like Jacob and He is ready to bless us with a victorious life. In addition, God called us to be a light in the darkness (Matthew 5). Oil lamp needs a continuous supply of oil and if it is an electric lamp it needs a continuous electric supply. Here we can compare oil and electricity with God’s anointment of the Holy Spirit.

Let us spend some time in prayer and re-evaluate our walk with Christ.

Thought: The Sovereignty of God

God is sovereign, He is in charge. When your life seems chaotic, rest in this truth and rest in His arms. God is in control; Jesus is LORD, and the Holy Spirit is with you as Jesus Promised.

“Living Under An Open Heaven.”

Dear all,

Grace to you and peace from God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for our sins, that He might deliver us from this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen. Galatians 1: 3 – 4.

Word:  “Living Under An Open Heaven.”

But Stephen, full of the Holy Spirit, looked up to heaven and saw the glory of God and Jesus standing at the right hand of God. “Look,” he said, “I see heaven open and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God.”  At this they covered their ears and, yelling at the top of their voices, they all rushed at him, dragged him out of the city, and began to stone him. Meanwhile, the witnesses laid their coats at the feet of a young man named Saul. While they were stoning him, Stephen prayed, “Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.” Then he fell on his knees and cried out, “Lord, do not hold this sin against them.” When he had said this, he fell asleep. Acts: 7: 55 – 60.

Then Jesus said, “Did I not tell you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?” John 11: 40

Thought:

A Christian’s happiness and joyful life are not dependent on his circumstances. Keep honoring God in your conduct and words. Stephen’s death had a profound impact on Paul, who later become the world’s greatest missionary. Even those who oppose you now may later turn to Christ.

Are you living under an open heaven?
