Godly Woman – Proverb 31: 10-31

The top four outstanding qualities of a Godly woman: Godly Woman – Proverb 31: 10-31

Commitment / Loyalty

Industrious / Diligent

Charity / Love

Beautiful speech /  Wise and kind words

A godly woman has an excellent spirit of devotion and the essence of excellence. She is honorable, faithful, pure, upright before God, family, and others, trustworthy, capable, intelligent, diligent, generous, and kind. She works with her hands and provides food for her household. The Holy Spirit controls the tongue and gives a beautiful speech, which spills from the Holy Spirit-filled hearts. The Bible says in Proverbs 11:13, A gossip betrays a confidence, but a trustworthy person keeps a secret. A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger. Proverbs 15:1. The words of the reckless pierce like swords, but the tongue of the wise brings healing. Proverbs 12:18.

Let us train our eyes to see well, tongue to speak well, and ears to hear well. Do not allow them to wander to their will and wish, making us miserably fail and fall. Make Bible reading, meditation, prayer time, and witness-full life inseparable habits; they are the four pillars for a strong Christ Jesus-centered Spiritual life.

Refrain from evil things because, behind every evil thing, only the evil-doer devil will be there!

Looks don’t last; Character does. Superficial attractions may prove inadequate in the long run.

Not Loving the World

Dear all,

Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, who gave himself for our sins to rescue us from the present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen. Gal1: 3-5

Word: On Not Loving the World I John 2: 15-17 Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them. For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world. The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever.

Thought: The more we are captivated by this world and its attractions, the harder it will be to seek God. The best way to avoid entanglement with worldly values is to “feed” our spirits by seeking God through Christ-centered prayers and meditation on His Word.

Have you ever considered how one generation carries the Gospel of Christ Jesus to the next generation? Have you ever wondered what would happen to the Gospel of Christ Jesus if one generation failed to pass it on?
Our role is to think biblically and live accordingly!

Run with Endurance

Dear all,

May God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ give you grace and peace.

Word:

Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:1-2 (ESV)

Thought: As a disciple of Christ we are running toward our Heavenly reward. To live effectively, we must keep our eyes on Christ Jesus. Run in such a way to get the prize and run with the purpose in every step. We must have a purpose and a plan (1 Cor 9: 24-27). The essential disciplines of prayer, Bible study, and worship equip us to run with vigor and stamina.

Train diligently – Spiritual progress depends upon it.

The Role of the Holy Bible in Biblical and Spiritual Transformation

Dear all,

May God give you more and more grace and peace. 1 Peter 1:2

Word: “The Role of the Holy Bible in Biblical and Spiritual Transformation”

All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. 2 Tim 3: 16 – 17

Thought:

God wants to show us what is true and equip us to live for Him. Let us read the word of God regularly to discover God’s truth and to become confident in Christ Jesus. When we have confidence in Christ Jesus, we will see the world from God’s perspective. Moreover, we will be looking at life and legacy through the eyes of the LORD Jesus Christ with love, compassion, vision, and kindness.

Sin will keep you from God’s word – God’s word will keep you from sin!

Living Under an Open Heaven

Dear all,
Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Let us praise our Lord and forget not all His benefits. His grace is new every day. No matter what the circumstances are, He is with us, and He is carrying us in His Shoulders. When you trust Him, by faith we can see His works in our life and through our life.

Let us ask God to give us the eyes to see His glory.

Word: However, as it is written: “What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived” the things God has prepared for those who love him. These are the things God has revealed to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.1 Corinthians 2:9 -10

Thought:  Have quiet time each day with God and be still before Him, reverently honoring Him for who He is. Never underestimate the resurrected power of Christ Jesus in you. Retain His promises in your consciousness. The Glory of God comes to all, those who are waiting. We may be in the bend of the road not at the end of the road. This will give you the strength to overcome every challenge you face in your faith Journey.

Faith in Action

Dear all,

Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. Do everything in love. 1 Corinthians 16: 13 -14.

Word: Faith in Action

Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. This is what the ancients were commended for. By faith, we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible. Hebrews 11: 1-3

Thought: Faith involves trust that God is working in the unseen spiritual realm, based upon God’s past actions in the world. Those who want to lead a vibrant and energetic Christian life have always had to live by such unshakable faith, even in the middle of life’s trials (Hebrews 11). God accomplishes his purposes, great and small through the faith journey of His people. As we trust him with every aspect of our lives, he will accomplish his will for us. In Christ, we have everything we need for salvation and for living the Christian life. Thank God for what we have received in Christ Jesus.

Never forget – Your identity in Christ.

Dear all,

Grace and peace to you in the name of the LORD and Savior Jesus Christ.

Word:

All praise to God the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ. Ephesians 1:3

And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus. To our God and Father be glory forever and ever. Amen. Phil 4: 19-20

Boaz replied, “I’ve been told all about what you have done for your mother-in-law since the death of your husband—how you left your father and mother and your homeland and came to live with a people you did not know before. May the Lord repay you for what you have done. May you be richly rewarded by the Lord, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to take refuge.” Ruth 2: 11-12

Thought:

We must never forget that God is in charge of our lives. The strength of Kindness – God calls His people to show mighty kindness.

Never forget – Your identity in Christ.

Bitter Water at Marah Vs Cross of Christ Jesus

Dear all,

Greetings in the mighty name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Word: Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.  Ephesians 4: 31-32

Exodus 15: 22 – 27 – Bitter Water at Marah – Cross of Christ Jesus and leading a Christ-centered life will heal the bitterness in life, permanently!

Thought: This is Christ’s law for forgiveness. We have received the forgiveness in Christ; let us pass it on to others for His kingdom’s sake.

Hospitality to Strangers

Greetings Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Word:

Hebrews 13:1-2

Keep on loving one another as brothers and sisters. Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by doing so some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it.

Matthew 25:43

I was a stranger, and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me

Thought:

The author of Hebrews in the first reference urges the readers to show hospitality to even strangers.  Jesus also associates our treatment of strangers with our treatment of Him.  How many times are we quick to ignore strangers and turn the other way? Is that the way we would want to treat Jesus?

Prayer:

Lord, we pray that you work on our hearts to be loving and hospitable to be people around us. Amen.

Mastering ourselves

Greetings Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Thought:

In Judges 16, Samson’s lack of self-control and humility was on full display as he made a series of poor choices, sleeping with a prostitute, sharing secrets with the enemy, and being proud of his strength. Eventually, God left Him. We run the same risk when we haven’t mastered ourselves from doing what our flesh or the world wants us to do. Apostle Paul in 1 Cor 9:27 goes so far as to say that he made his body his slave to prevent himself from being disqualified as he is preaching the gospel to others. To each person, making their body their slave could mean different things, but one thing is for sure, it will push us out of our comfort zone. We should strive to push our boundaries to master ourselves for God’s glory and avoid disqualification from attaining eternity with God.

Word:

1 Corinthians 9:27

No, I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.

Prayer:

Lord, give us the strength and endurance to master ourselves. Strengthen our weaknesses for Your glory. Amen.
