Faith can Move the Mountains of Obstacles

Dear all,

Grace and peace be to you in the mighty name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Word of God:

“Faith can move the mountains of obstacles”

Fight the good fight of faith… (I Tim 6:12)

This is the victory that hath overcome the world, even our faith (I John 5:4)

For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart.

And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are open and laid bare to the eyes of Him with whom we have to do. Heb 4: 12 -13

Thought:

The word of God is living, life-changing and dynamic as it works in us. The demands of God’s word require decisions … a strong and firm decision in Christ. We must also let it shape our lives.

Dare to be a Daniel! Dare to stand alone!
Dare to have a purpose firm! Dare to make it known!
Hold the Gospel banner high! On to vict’ry grand!
Satan and his host defy, And shout for Daniel’s Band!
(Philip P. Bliss, 1838-1876)

Thought Conditioners: God’s Clock doesn’t Function Like a Man’s Clock

Dear all,

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15: 13

Word of God:

Send me your light and your faithful care, let them lead me; let them bring me to your holy mountain, to the place where you dwell. Psalms 43: 3

Keep your conscience clear. 1 Peter 3: 16

You crown the year with your bounty, and your carts overflow with abundance. The grasslands of the wilderness overflow; the hills are clothed with gladness. The meadows are covered with flocks and the valleys are mantled with grain; they shout for joy and sing. Psalms 65: 11-13

A couple of thoughts:

  • God’s clock doesn’t function like a man’s clock.
  • Never underestimate the resurrected power of Christ Jesus in you. Retain the promises of Godin your consciousness. This will give you the strength to overcome every difficulty you are facing in this faith journey.
  • Be brave in Christ Jesus. Ask God to fill your heart with the confidence in Christ Jesus.
  • How often do we pour out our hearts to God? How often do you give him a specific request to answer?
  • True faith in Christ Jesus transforms our conduct, attitude, character, speech pattern, motives, and actions.
  • Motives are just as important as actions.
  • Quiet convictions often earn long term respect.
  • God’s opinion is important.
  • Remembering God’s faithfulness is worth a pause for reflection.
  • When God forgives our sins He totally forgets them.
  • Don’t stop trusting God just as you are ready to reach your goal.
  • Be corrected by God and become who God intended. Train your tongue to speak well!
  •        Are you a fan or a follower? No matter what the cost, let us follow the footprints of Jesus.

Have a Victorious walk in Christ

Today is the Day of Salvation

Dear Friends in Christ,

We wish you all a Christ-centered Christmas season. Remember Christ Jesus is the reason for this season!

Word:

Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away. “Be careful, or your hearts will be weighed down with dissipation, drunkenness and the anxieties of life, and that day will close on you unexpectedly like a trap. Luke 21: 33-34

Thought: Are we caught up with materialism? Who/what is ruling our hearts?

If we replace Christ with anything else that becomes idol worship.

Our role model is Christ and He lived a humble and holy life. Do we have humbleness in our hearts?

Today is the day of Salvation. Turn to Jesus and He will change our hearts.

We wish you all a Merry Christmas season and a blessed new-year 2020.

Be strong and glad!

Stand firm in Christ

Be dressed for service and keep your lamps burning – Luke 12: 35

Be strong in the Lord and His mighty power. Ephesians 6: 10

LORD Jesus – The Vine and the Branches

Dear all,

Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. Do everything in love. 1 Corinthians 16: 13 -14.

Word: The Vine and the Branches

https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=John+15%3A1-12&version=NIV

15 “I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. 2 He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful. 3 You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. 4 Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. 5 “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. 6 If you do not remain in me, you are like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned. 7 If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. 8 This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples. 9 “As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love. 10 If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands and remain in his love. 11 I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete. 12 My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. John 15:1-12

Thought:

The spiritual root system is the fundamental foundation of our growth in Christ Jesus. Remember to rely on Him for everything. His promises are kept for you and will come true in His time. May God give us the patience to plan according to His master blueprint and wait and receive His blessings. The key idea is to trust and obey to accomplish His vision in our life.

How can we know the way to God?

Dear all,

Be strong in the Lord and His mighty power. Ephesians 6: 10

Word: John 14 – Jesus Comforts His Disciples – Jesus is the way to the Father

14 “Do not let your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me. 2 In My Father’s house are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you. 3 If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also. 4 And you know the way where I am going.” 5 Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, how do we know the way?” 6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me. 7 If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; from now on you know Him, and have seen Him.” – John 14: 1 – 7

Thought: LORD Jesus is the way to the Father – This is one of the most basic and important passages in Scripture.

How can we know the way to God? Only through Christ Jesus. Trust Jesus to take you to the Father and all the blessings in Christ Jesus of being God’s child will be yours.

May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us.  yes, establish the work of our hands. Psalms 90: 17

The Good Shepherd LORD Jesus Christ Gives us New-Life

Dear all,

Grace, mercy, and peace from God the Father and from Jesus Christ, the Father’s Son, will be with us in truth and love. II John: 3

Word: “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me. John 10: 11 and 14

Thought: The voice of the good shepherd tells us that we are not defined by what we did, but what He did for us on the cross.

Jesus gives us life. The life he gives right now is abundantly rich and full. It is eternal, yet it begins immediately. Life in Christ is lived on a higher plane because of His overflowing forgiveness, love, and guidance. Have you taken Christ’s offer of life?

Pass it on! Proclaiming Jesus Wherever He Leads us!

Your strength will equal your days. Deuteronomy 33: 25

Where is our help coming from?

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Greetings in Jesus Christ

Praise Him- for His love endures forever

Isaiah 43:1-3
43 But now, this is what the Lord says— he who created you, Jacob,    he who formed you, Israel:“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you;    I have summoned you by nameyou are mine.
2 When you pass through the waters,    I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers,    they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire,    you will not be burned;    the flames will not set you ablaze.
3 For I am the Lord your God,    the Holy One of Israelyour Savior;

Doesn’t it bring peace and confidence to know that He made us, He redeemed us, He knows us by name. God knows everything, that there is no hiding from Him. He is all-powerful.

There is nothing that God cannot do, for He is the Lord God Almighty.

Omniscience: There is nothing that God does not know.
Omnipotence: God is All-Powerful, No one and nothing is more powerful than He. His power is inherent, part of His being as God.
Omnipresence: There is no place where God is not present. Absolutely nothing is beyond God’s reach. To be clear this is not saying that God is in everything

Omnipotent, Omniscient, Omnipresent these attributes of God mean we are never alone and never without help if you are a child of God.
We may not understand all that God allows to happen. The reason for our circumstances or for things that happen in this world may be a mystery to us but not to the Almighty God.

Knowing who God is, what He is capable of and His Presence brings us great joy, peace, comfort, strength, and confidence. Our times are in His hands and we need not fear. He is Faithful, He is always there.

Where are we looking for help?
Where is our help coming from?
Can we say as in
Psalms 121:1-2

1I lift up my eyes to the mountains—

where does my help come from?

2My help comes from the Lord,

the Maker of heaven and earth.

Let it be.
Amen

God Bless.
