A Tree and Its Fruit

Dear all, Let us continue to walk humbly and live for Christ Jesus as witnesses.
Word: Luke 6: 37-49

A Tree and Its Fruit
“No good tree bears bad fruit, nor does a bad tree bear good fruit. Each tree is recognized by its own fruit. People do not pick figs from thornbushes, or grapes from briers.
Luke 6: 43-44Thought: Jesus uses a clear example to share a very powerful principle.  “Confession without obedience has no substance.” But, the Gospel of Jesus Christ transforms us from the inside out. Overall, we are the living witnesses to share the love of Christ Jesus until the end of the earth.

Past…Present…Future!

Dear all,

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15: 13

Word: Gift of Forgiveness in Christ Jesus – Romans 5: 5 – 20

But the gift is not like the transgression. For if by the transgression of the one the many died, much more did the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abound to the many.

Thought:

Through the cross of Christ Jesus, we have salvation and new life. Moreover, we also have an excellent opportunity to be born into His spiritual family. Certainly, this spiritual family line starts with His amazing forgiveness and results in everlasting life. Overall, In Christ Jesus, we have peace with the past, purpose in present, and hope for the future.

What Happens When We don’t Practice the Discipline of Gratitude?

Dear all,

Greetings in the mighty name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Word: “Living with a Grateful Heart” – Are you grateful to the LORD?

Luke 17:11-19 – Jesus Heals Ten Men With Leprosy

Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations. Psalms 100: 4 and 5

Thought:

What happens when we don’t practice the discipline of gratitude?

We will be fueled and filled with ingratitude, refusing to acknowledge and respond to what Christ has done for us. This will produce in us a very unhealthy attitude and a life that is not Spirit-led. We will not realize what we have or could have, but rather focus on an “entitlement” mentality that says we deserve this or that, and where humbleness and servitude are absent. It will create in us a life of dissatisfaction and dysfunction.

Let us have a life that overflows with gratitude in Christ Jesus!

Always Remember – We are on the Winning side – Christ Jesus is the Victor!

Dear all,
Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Phil 1:2
Word:
When He had finished speaking, He said to Simon, “Put out into deep water, and let down the nets for a catch.” Simon answered, “Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets.”

Thought: Always Remember – We are on the Winning side – Christ Jesus is the Victor because He cares, He Loves, He knows the future, He knows what is the best for us and for the upcoming new generations too.
Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus. Phil 2: 5 Your strength will equal your days. Deuteronomy 33: 25

“Living Under An Open Heaven.”

Dear all,

Grace to you and peace from God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for our sins, that He might deliver us from this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen. Galatians 1: 3 – 4.

Word:  “Living Under An Open Heaven.”

But Stephen, full of the Holy Spirit, looked up to heaven and saw the glory of God and Jesus standing at the right hand of God. “Look,” he said, “I see heaven open and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God.”  At this they covered their ears and, yelling at the top of their voices, they all rushed at him, dragged him out of the city, and began to stone him. Meanwhile, the witnesses laid their coats at the feet of a young man named Saul. While they were stoning him, Stephen prayed, “Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.” Then he fell on his knees and cried out, “Lord, do not hold this sin against them.” When he had said this, he fell asleep. Acts: 7: 55 – 60.

Then Jesus said, “Did I not tell you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?” John 11: 40

Thought:

A Christian’s happiness and joyful life are not dependent on his circumstances. Keep honoring God in your conduct and words. Stephen’s death had a profound impact on Paul, who later become the world’s greatest missionary. Even those who oppose you now may later turn to Christ.

Are you living under an open heaven?

Thirsty?

Dear all,

Greetings in the mighty name of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.

Word:  Jesus answered, “All who drink this water will be thirsty again.  But anyone who drinks the water I give him will never be thirsty. In fact, the water I give him will become a spring of water in him. It will flow up into eternal life.” John 4: 13 and 14

The Lord says, “I sent a great army of locusts to attack you. They included common locusts, giant locusts, young locusts and other locusts. I will make up for the years they ate your crops. You will have plenty to eat. It will satisfy you completely. Then you will praise me. I am the Lord your God. I have done wonderful miracles for you. My people will never be put to shame again. You will know that I am with you in Israel. I am the Lord your God. There is no other God. So my people will never be put to shame again. Joel 2: 25-27.

Thought:

Are we looking up to Jesus to satisfy us or are we running vainly behind the worldly things?

Fear not! Stand Still! See the Miraculous Deliverance of our LORD!

Dear all,

Greetings in the mighty name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Fear not! Stand Still! See the miraculous deliverance of our Lord!

We do not know what to do, but our eyes are on you.” II Chronicles 20: 13b

“Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” – Psalm 46: 10

13 Moses answered the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again. 14 The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still. Exodus 14: 13 – 14

The Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. 2 Corinthians 3:17

Trusting in the LORD Jesus is the patient expectation that God will fulfill His promises in his Word and strengthen us to rise above life’s difficulties.

Do you have confidence in Christ Jesus that His purposes are right? Do you believe God loves you and wants the best for you?

In Christ, we have everything we need for salvation and for living the Christian life. Thank God for what we have received in Christ Jesus.

Let us Run with Endurance!

Dear all,

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of Holy Spirit. Romans 15: 13

Word:

Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:1-2 (ESV)

Thought: As a disciple of Christ we are running toward our Heavenly reward. To live effectively, we must keep our eyes on Christ Jesus. Run in such a way to get the prize and run with the purpose in every step. We must have a purpose and a plan (1 Cor 9: 24-27). The essential disciplines of prayer, Bible study and worship equip us to run with vigor and stamina.

Train diligently – Spiritual progress depends upon it.
