Keep Your Marriage Vows

People, Places, and Things!
God could move people, places, and things to accomplish His will. Trust God!
Mountains and Valleys of Life:
Deuteronomy 11: 11-12 But the land you are crossing the Jordan to take possession of is a land of mountains and valleys that drinks rain from heaven. It is a land the Lord your God cares for; the eyes of the Lord your God are continually on it from the beginning of the year to its end.
Psalms 23: 4 says, Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
God made everything in the cosmos, from the microscopic amoeba and things to the vast planets and galaxies. For example, The radius of the sun is 432,690 miles.
A few days ago, we saw a beautiful rainbow on top of our city. What’s all about the rainbow?

Noah: A bright star in a dark sky! God says in Genesis 9:13-16, I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth. Whenever I bring clouds over the earth, and the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will remember my covenant between me and you and all living creatures of every kind. Never again will the waters become a flood to destroy all life. Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and all living creatures of every kind on the earth.”The Bible also talks about Noah’s time and Lot’s time. Luke 17: 26-29:” Just as it was in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of the Son of Man. People were eating, drinking, marrying, and being given in marriage up to the day Noah entered the ark. Then, the flood came and destroyed them all. “It was the same in the days of Lot. People were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building. But the day Lot left Sodom, fire and sulfur rained down from heaven and destroyed them all.
Jesus says in verse 32, Remember Lot’s wife! Moral values, purity in heart, and sexual purity have become less important in Noah and Lot’s time. Sad progression in fascination with living on the edge. Sin is serious; do not play with it.
The Bible says in James 4:7, Come near to God, and he will come near to you. True contentment comes only when we submit our lives to God and follow his plan. The word “remember” from a Google search shows as follows: The root word for “remember” is memor, which means “remembering”. The word “remember” comes from the Middle English word remembren, which comes from the Anglo-French word remembrer, which comes from the Late Latin word rememorari. Rememorari comes from the Latin words re- and memorari, which mean “to be mindful of” and “mindful”, respectively.
Here are a few verses from the Bible that have the word “remember.
“For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more. Hebrews 8:12
Remember your Creator in the days of your youth, before the days of trouble come and the years approach when you will say, “I find no pleasure in them.” Ecclesiastes 12:1
But from everlasting to everlasting, the Lord’s love is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children’s children—with those who keep his covenant and remember to obey his precepts. Psalm 103:17-18
God remembered His people in His time! Trust God and Trust His unseen hands!
Let us do some self-analysis in the presence of God and make wise choices in our walk with the LORD.

Even today, when people obey, God guides his people.
Philip: No religious superstar.
He hadn’t physically walked with Jesus.
No one listed him among the apostles.
They are known to be full of the Spirit and wisdom.
He becomes one of the church’s original seven deacons.
In charge of running a food program.
When he was not administering this program, he preached.
God will take the most extraordinary measures to get the gospel to those who need it!
Moses:
God spoke to Moses amid the fire, and he received a burning bush experience on an ordinary day. During that day, Moses chose to turn his life to God. We can divide Moses’s life into three sections.
I. God used Moses’ mother to protect Moses by placing him in a reed basket and floating him down the Nile River, where Pharoh’s daughter found him. First 40 years – As a Prince in Egypt and a privileged icon of royalty, he received a different education.
II. Second 40 years – God’s wilderness classroom – God’s School of Suffering III. Third 40 years – God called him to lead his people from slavery to freedom, even though he was a reluctant candidate for this leadership position. God provides – Numbers 1:45 and 46 say, All the Israelites twenty years old or older who could serve in Israel’s army were counted according to their families. The total number was 603,550. Nothing quite equals God’s feeding program plan for his people in the wilderness. I estimate 3,000,000 people X 3 meals a day X 365 days X 40 years = 1,31,400,000,000 (One hundred thirty-one Billion and four hundred million, i.e., 131.4 Billion meals). The longest-running miracle of all time is “you.” Yes, we are! Personal call for you: God saved our forefathers through thousands of years from the creation, even in the middle of a flood, war, and natural calamities, and brought us into this World. God well planned God’s sovereign plan in Christ Jesus for you and me before the earth’s foundations (Ephesians 1). Moses demonstrated God’s demanding holiness, but he also showed God’s amazing grace. Moses appeared with Elijah and Jesus on the Mount of Transfiguration (Matthew 17:2). Even though Moses didn’t physically enter the promised land, God brought him back to Jesus after around 13 centuries (Moses 1391–1271 BC). The Sovereignty of God: God is sovereign, He is in charge. When your life seems chaotic, rest in this truth and His arms. God is in control; Jesus is LORD, and the Holy Spirit is with you as Jesus Promised.
The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you. And just as God raised Christ Jesus from the dead, he will give life to your mortal bodies by this same Spirit living within you. Romans 8: 11
You yourselves are our letter, written on our hearts, known and read by everyone. You show that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts. II Corinthians 3: 2-3
Only one person who lives on the planet has a perfect resume: the LORD Jesus Christ.
This faith journey was started by God for his glory through us (Hebrews 12: 1 – 2) in Christ Jesus. Never give up! Don’t permit any room to satanic devices in any form, such as thoughts, deeds, or actions, but pull down the strongholds by prayer (II Cor 10: 4).
Are we remembering God’s forgiveness and his natural grace every moment of our life? If not, let’s turn our hearts to him today and follow him.
Jesus doesn’t need fans but Disciples! We can overcome the resentment in the name of Jesus.
The Bible says, “If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” John 8: 36
Dear all,
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. Ephesians1: 3
Word: “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9
Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:1-2 (ESV)
Thought: Look up to Jesus When we look at the world around us it’s so discouraging. Wherever and whatever we see are filled with chaos and confusion. Today you might be facing a discouraging situation that is holding you up from moving on. Leave the situation in the hands of the Lord and cling to the promise the Lord gave to Joshua as your promise. We pray that you will be like the singing little bird sitting peacefully on top of the tree amidst the roaring storm. Look up to Jesus; He will give you the strength to overcome any raging storm you are facing. Through Christ Jesus we are overcomers.

Dear all,
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15: 13
Word: “Martha, Martha,” the Lord answered, “You are worried and upset about many things, but only one thing is needed. Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her.” Luke 10: 41 – 42.
Thought:
To live a practical and victorious Christian life we must keep our eyes on our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ without any distractions. Distractions diminish our devotion to Jesus. In contrast, our devotion to Jesus diminishes our distractions.

Dear all, May mercy and peace and love be multiplied to you [filling your heart with the spiritual well-being and serenity experienced by those who walk closely with God]. Jude 1: 2 (Amplified Bible)
Word:
Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity. Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone. Col 4: 5 – 6.
You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot. Mat 5:13
Thought:
God chooses people in many different ways. For example, He may choose a person either before the foundation of the earth or in his/her mother’s womb, or in the furnace of pain. Jesus said we are the light and salt to this earth. Look around, the entire world is filled with sin and it is like the times of Noah/Lot. We are the people responsible to share His love to our circle of nonbelievers. If not we, then who will?
Stand firm in Christ
To make ready a group of people to meet our Lord Jesus Christ.

Dear all,
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. Ephesians1: 3
Word of God: As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it. Isaiah 55: 10 – 11
For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are open and laid bare to the eyes of Him with whom we have to do. Heb 4: 12 -13
Thought:
God is in the business through His people to accomplish seemingly impossible tasks. God often shapes people with personality characteristics, experiences, and training that prepare them for his purpose, and usually, the people have no idea what God has in store for them. Remembrance of the Word of God equips us to make the right choice, those choices have eternal consequences or benefits. Getting the big picture is a reminder, about how important this life is and eternity, is a result of our choices in it.
