Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3: 5 – 6

Thought:

Christ centered wisdom is a God-given gift. Its starting point is God and his revealed Word (Jesus) through the power of Holy-Spirit.  Word of God is the true source of “knowledge and understanding”. The pathway to wisdom is strenuous and when we are on the path, we discover that the true wisdom is God’s.

Greetings in the mighty name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Thought:

Jesus left the disciples with these last words of instruction. We have to go – whether it is next door or another country – and make disciples. As we obey, we have comfort in the knowledge that Jesus is always with us.

Peace with God In Christ Jesus

Thoughts: When we accept LORD Jesus Christ as our personal Savior, a significant exchange takes place in our heart. We give Him our sins, and He forgives and makes us right with God. Are we right with God? If not today is the day of Salvation.

Made Alive In Christ Jesus: Ephesians 2: 1-10

Word: For by grace you have been saved through faith; and [h]that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; 9 not as a result of works, so that no one may boast. 10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them. Thought:  The advantages of new life through our LORD Jesus Christ are in multiple folds. For example, we can live under an open heaven. Living under an open heaven means we are God’s children and our day-to-day life will be totally transformed by Christ’s resurrection power for His glory. A transformed life is an effective witness to the power of God’s Word. It is not based on the righteous works we do, but only by His grace.

Thoughts: Benefits God offers to all believers through Christ Jesus:

  1. God has rescued his people from Satan’s kingdom of darkness and made us his children.
  2. God has brought us into his eternal kingdom.
  3. God has purchased our freedom from sin and judgment with his blood.
  4. God has forgiven all our sins.

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil.

In our spiritual battle we face a powerful army that has well-organized strategies to defeat Christ’s church at any cost. Although, at the end we are assured victory in Christ, now we must engage in the struggle until Christ returns. “Take courage” in God’s strength to withstand and to overcome enemy’s every evil action. In James 4: 7, Bible says “Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you”.

Thought:

Knowing God in a personal way through Christ Jesus and also his eternal purpose for us will help us to be victorious through difficult times. Satan may attack a believer either directly or indirectly through deception. To identify and overcome the traps of the devil in our faith journey in Christ, we need to apply the Word of God in every dimension to stop the devil’s evil actions.

Thought:

There are some God ordained ways you can handle the ‘guerrilla warfare’ in your day-to-day life. Rely on God’s absolute strength and also adapt every piece of his Armor. The whole body needs to be armed to lead a victorious Christian life. And also remember His promises and follow the foot prints of Christ Jesus intensely. As a result the rest of our life will straighten out for His glory by His power.

True Christian Life is not a Playground, but a Battle Ground

Dear all,

Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.  Ephesians 6

Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.

Thought:

True Christian life is not a playground, but a battle ground. To thrive in every battle against the strategies and tactics of satanic forces, we need to absolutely rely on God’s strength. Apply every piece of his armor (defense and offence). When we continue to walk with the LORD step by step and day by day, He will turn every battle into an excellent opportunity to show His power, resulting in bringing glory to His name.

Gift of Forgiveness in Christ Jesus

Thought:

Through the cross of Christ Jesus we have salvation and new life. Moreover, we also have an excellent opportunity to be born into His Spiritual family. Certainly, this spiritual family line starts with His amazing forgiveness and results in everlasting life.
