Lift up Prayers of celebration in three ways:

  1. Celebrate God’s Kingdom as it breaks into this world.
  2. Rejoice in God’s power as you relinquish your own.
  3. Declare God’s glory by bowing your knees, lifting your voice, and giving Him praise.

Thought: God sent us the light of the world- Jesus Christ- to show His light to those who are in darkness.
God sent us the Savior to seek and save those who are lost.

Word: I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me. Galatians 2: 20
Thought: Our Christian life begins, when we accept Christ Jesus as our personal Savior. We are no longer slaves to sin and no longer alone, for Christ Jesus lives in us. He is the source of our power for living a blameless Christian life and our hope for the future. No longer pray “Lord, bless all our plans” instead pray “Lord, Plan for us, because our future is in Your mighty hands”

Psalms 23: 3 and 4 says, He guides me along right paths bringing honor to His name. Even though when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me.

Thought:
It is through His death on the cross as God’s perfect sacrifice for sin and His resurrection three days later that we can now have eternal life if we believe in him. The fact that God Himself has provided the offering that atones for our sin is part of the glorious good news of the gospel.
