Thoughts: Benefits God offers to all believers through Christ Jesus:

  1. God has rescued his people from Satan’s kingdom of darkness and made us his children.
  2. God has brought us into his eternal kingdom.
  3. God has purchased our freedom from sin and judgment with his blood.
  4. God has forgiven all our sins.

In Christ we have everything we need for salvation and for living the Christian life. Thank God for what we have received in Christ Jesus.

Be Strong in the LORD and in His Mighty Power

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil.

In our spiritual battle we face a powerful army that has well-organized strategies to defeat Christ’s church at any cost. Although, at the end we are assured victory in Christ, now we must engage in the struggle until Christ returns. “Take courage” in God’s strength to withstand and to overcome enemy’s every evil action. In James 4: 7, Bible says “Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you”.

The Record of Jesus’ Ancestors

Dear all,

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. Ephesians 1: 3 – 4

Thought:

God used Matthew to write the gospel book of Matthew. In the first 17 verses we meet 46 people whose lifetimes span 2,000 years. As you can see that, God employs people from diverse and unusual backgrounds to accomplish his purposes. This should give us hope that God can give us a productive future no matter how sinful our past. God’s plan continues to unfold. Amazingly, that plan includes you.

This is the seed sown along the path. 20 The seed falling on rocky ground refers to someone who hears the word and at once receives it with joy. 21 But since they have no root, they last only a short time. When trouble or persecution comes because of the word, they quickly fall away. 22 The seed falling among the thorns refers to someone who hears the word, but the worries of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth choke the word, making it unfruitful. 23 But the seed falling on good soil refers to someone who hears the word and understands it. Thought:

The four types of soils represent different responses to God’s message. People respond differently because they are in different states. Some are hardened, others are shallow, others are contaminated by distracting by distracting worries, and some are receptive.

Remember God’s goodness in Christ Jesus, grace and dependability in our lives. He never puts his people to shame. Worship Him with whole heart, mind and soul.  Thank and Praise Him – His love endures forever and it is deeper than the ocean.

How did Christ’s resurrection influence your spiritual walk?

Thought:

The Holy Spirit is God’s promise of eternal life for those who believe in Him. The Spirit is in us now by faith, and by faith we are certain to live with Christ forever. He is the power source behind the spiritual rebirth of every Christian and He gives the power to live a victorious Christian life in this world.

Dear Friends in Christ,

Greetings in the mighty name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Let us remember the resurrected Lord Jesus’ Great Commission.

Imagine never worrying about anything!

Dear all,

Greetings in the mighty name of our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ.

Word:

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.

Thought: Imagine never worrying about anything! God’s peace is totally different from world’s peace. True peace is not found in positive thinking, in absence of conflict, in good feelings or with abundance of worldly blessings. It comes from knowing Christ in a personal way and believing that God is in control. Do we have this? Let God’s peace guard your heart against anxiety.

What kind of follower would a new Christian become if he or she imitated you?

Dear all,

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of Holy Spirit. Romans 15: 13

Thought: Paul challenged the Philippians to pursue Christlikeness by following Paul’s own pattern of example.

What kind of follower would a new Christian become if he or she imitated you?

2 Corinthians 3:2-3 says that you yourselves are our letter, written on our hearts, known and read by everyone. You show that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.
