Christ-centered attitude colors our whole personality!

Dear all,

May God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ give you grace and peace and bless you as a channel of blessings.

Romans 12:2 says “Do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect”.

Thought: How to Be a Discerning person? –  Our attitude colors our whole personality!

What we feed our minds is more important than what we feed our bodies. The websites we visit, the books we read, the people we talk with, the Christian music we listen to, and the Christian preachers we listen to are all part of our diet to our mind. Be discerning, because what you feed your mind influences your overall health and well-being. Thus a strong desire like Heroes of faith Joshua, Daniel, and Paul, etc (Hebrews 11) to discover knowledge is a mark of wisdom in Christ Jesus. Our attitude colors our whole personality.

The true happiness in Christ Jesus is in our thoughts, not based on the things that we have. We cannot always choose what happens to us, but we can choose our attitude toward each situation. The secret to a joyful heart is filling our minds with thoughts that dwell on the good things in life (Philip 4: 8). This was Paul’s secret as he faced imprisonment because of the true Gospel of Christ Jesus and it can be ours as we face struggles of daily living. Look and check your attitude and then examine in the presence of God what you allow to enter your mind and what you choose to dwell on. You may need to make some positive changes and seek to do what is right, walk humbly with the LORD Jesus Christ in this Journey (Zephaniah 2: 3). Be the Church (Romans 12:3-5) and be a tentmaker like Aquila and Pricilla’s family (Acts 18:1-4; 18-20; 24-26).

SERVE THE PURPOSE OF GOD IN YOUR OWN GENERATION – ACTS 13: 36

Dear all,

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15: 13

Word:        Luke 14: 25 – 33

  1. And if you do not carry your cross and follow me, you can not be my disciple.

Thought: Cost of True Christian Discipleship

LORD Jesus encouraged those who were superficial either to go deeper or to turn back. Following Christ Jesus means an absolute submission to do God’s will and follow His footprints.

SERVE THE PURPOSE OF GOD IN YOUR OWN GENERATION – ACTS 13: 36

The Cross of Christ Jesus is the Bridge Between Earth and Heaven

Dear all,

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of Holy Spirit. Romans 15: 13

Word:

“All this I have spoken while still with you. But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you. Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. John 14:25-27

Thought:

The cross of Christ Jesus is the bridge between Earth and Heaven to have a constant relationship with God. Holy Spirit is the one who helps us to maintain that relationship 24/7. Since we are the children of God, we are not orphans, anymore.

For God has not given us a Spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love and self-discipline. II Tim 1: 7

Christianity is not a religion, but relationship. How is our walk with our LORD?

Dear all,

Be strong in the Lord and His mighty power. Ephesians 6: 10

“Go and preach the gospel to all creations” – Mark 16: 15

On my bed I remember you; I think of you through the watches of the night.  Psalm 63: 6

Thought: Remembrance of the truth equips us to make the right choices, those choices have eternal consequences or benefits.

LORD Jesus is the Faithful Friend who Sticks with us Through Thick and Thin of Our Life!

Dear all,

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of Holy Spirit. Romans 15: 13

Word: Know therefore that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God, who keeps His covenant and His loving kindness to a thousandth generation with those who love Him and keep His commandments; Deuteronomy 7: 9

https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Deuteronomy+7%3A9&version=NASB

Thought:

God has chosen us not because of our merit that we have come to faith in Christ. Instead, God chose us out of his everlasting goodness and amazing grace.

Our LORD is faithful, and His faithfulness endures to all generations (Psalms 119: 90). There are a couple of factors involved during the process to follow His footprints with eternal perspectives; which are time, trials and failures. Always, remember His faithfulness in your life journey.

  • Godis the faithful covenant keeper and also He is the faithful guide and leader in the battle field. In addition, He is the faithful way-maker, the faithful restorer. He is also the faithful shepherd (John 10:10) who leads and never leaves the one behind. Never quit your walk with LORD Jesus. He is the faithful friend who sticks with us through thick and thin of our life.

Pass it On! Proclaiming Jesus Wherever He Leads us!

Choose life!

Dear all,

May God bless and strengthen you all the days of your life Ephesians 6: 12 – 17

Word:

Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3: 5-6

Thought:

Christ-Centered wisdom is a God-given gift. Its starting point is God and his revealed Word, the source of “knowledge and understanding”. The pathway to wisdom is active and when we are on the path, we discover that the true wisdom is God’s. Choose life! Please God always! Pray for discernment and wisdom to make the correct choices!

Know who you are in Christ Jesus, and know your enemy!

Dear all,

Greetings in the mighty name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Word: 1 John 2:16

16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life is not from the Father but is from the world.

https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=1+John+2:16

Thought:  Know who you are in Christ Jesus, and know your enemy!

We are in a battle against three enemies – the world, the flesh, and the devil.

The world comes at us from the outside bombarding us with counterfeits to the truth.

The flesh comes at us from the inside.

The devil is constantly and continuously attacking us, usually working through the world and the flesh rather than mounting a full-on attack.

All three of them try to subdue us without fighting. They attack us constantly at our weak points.  To stand firm in our battle, we need to know the truth and permit the truth to penetrate into our minds.

”You know the truth and the truth will set you free.” John 8: 32

Sparrow’s Nest and Christ-Centered Family Life

Dear all,

Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Word of God:

Even the sparrow has found a home, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may have her young a place near your altar, O LORD Almighty, my King, and my God. Psalms 84: 3

Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows. Luke 12: 7

“Martha, Martha,” the Lord answered, “You are worried and upset about many things, but only one thing is needed. Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her.” Luke 10: 41 – 42.

Thought:

To live a practical and a victorious Christian life we must keep our eyes on our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He is our King and we are His People. In addition, we have our sonship in Christ-Jesus. He is our role model too. Our LORD is faithful, and His faithfulness endures to all generations (Psalms 119: 90).

Revival is an experience in the Church; Evangelism is an expression of the Church – Paul-S. Rees.

Let us Renew our Vision and Confidence in Christ Jesus

Dear all,

Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. Do everything in love.

1 Corinthians 16: 13 -14.

Word:  Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28: 18 – 20.

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11(NIV)

Thought: Let us renew our vision and confidence in Christ Jesus.

Be brave and courageous! Our future is secure in Christ Jesus because he knows all about it.

Stand firm In Christ

The Lord of the Armies is with us. We stand still and know that He is God! (Psalms 46:9-11).

“JOYFUL JOURNEY WITH GOD IS INITIATED AND IGNITED IN LORD JESUS CHRIST BY THE POWER OF HOLY SPIRIT”

Clear Vision to See Things the Way LORD Jesus sees them

Dear all,

Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Corinthians 1: 3

Word: Clear Vision to See Things the way LORD Jesus sees them

Why did Jesus touch the man a second time before he could see?

https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Mark+8%3A22+-+26&version=NIV

This miracle was not difficult for Jesus, but he chose to do it in stages. Jesus asked him  “Can you see anything now?”  “Yes”, he said, “I see people, but I can’t see them very clearly. They look like trees walking around.” Interestingly, this healed man expressed his true status to LORD Jesus.

Are we healed completely by the healing power of LORD Jesus or still do we have any inner wounds? If our answer is yes, we need to pray for his “second healing touch” in our hearts.

Are we able to see souls with his eyes or are we still seeing them like trees walking around?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qg_zRWyypK8

Mark 8: 25 says that, Jesus placed his hands on the man’s eyes again and his eyes were opened. His sight was completely restored, and he could see everything clearly.

We need to understand God’s heart for the people and their souls. God created mankind as eternal beings.

Let us make a list of all of our unsaved colleagues and family members and pray for their salvation. I strongly believe that God is more than able to save their souls.

https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Ephesians+3%3A20-21&version=NIV

One man Elijah prayed earnestly and God answered his prayers (James 5: 17). It is our responsibility to protect them with our true prayers like a fence around a new plant .

https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=James+5%3A17&version=NKJV

How is our prayer life? Are we spending quality time in the presence of God every day?  I personally believe that, nothing is more important than carrying the presence of God wherever He leads us. God has called us to fix our eyes on Jesus. Let us do some self-analysis and make corrections wherever required.

Let us ask God to give a total restoration and a great revival for our spiritual eyes to focus clearly, to see the people and their souls like Him.

A backslider cannot pray and a prayer warrior cannot dwell in sin.
